As the TM/LINE INCHARGE-MACHINE SHOP AL PHASE-CR.CASE you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head
Machine Shop(AL PHASE-CR.CASE)
The purpose of your role will be to Manage the Production as well as manpower in Crankcase to achieve production targets in line with defined cost, quality & timeline standards. by ensuring safety guidelines adherence for the manufacturing setup.

Your key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1.Achieve production Targets and defect free new model
2.Quality Management
3.Cost optimization to improve profitability and focus on product quality improvement
4.Ensure zero injury and safe working environment
5.Employee engagement Improvement by fostering teamwork, competency development and skill enhancement
A Day in the life
To manage the production of Machine shop through optimum utilization of resources in order to ensure efficient and seamless operations and achieve production targets in line with defined cost, quality and timeline standards.
Academic Qualification & Experience
Mechanical diploma / degree in engineering field.
Technical Skills/Knowledge

Process knowledge of IC engines- Knowledge about Problem solving skill

Knowledge about pressing and tighetung skills
Line balancing skills

Behavioural Skills

Basic Knowledge of computers (MS office)
Good Interpersonal skill
Understands IR
Must be able to communicate to shift operators. Also focus on team work.
Creative and result oriented.
