Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple operational processes for products under Inclusive and Social Banking business
  • Responsible for End to end customer onboarding for this business segment
  • Evaluate and drive key avenues for digitization with the objective of enhancing customer onboarding and improving business efficiencies
  • Adhere to agreed TAT for all activities at the operations hub
  • Build a strong team and lead the team by setting an example
  • Achieve the desired processing efficiency and quality for each of the managed activities.
  • Record management including archival and retrieval
  • Responsible for effective resource management, vendor management, support to business partners and operation centers
  • Responsible for the overall process adherence and assuring compliance with respect to KYC/AML/Regulatory guidelines/internal policies including audit and compliance.
    Key Competencies
  • Expertise in managing microfinance operations of products like SHG, JLG, Micro-insurance and other financial inclusion products and services.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Business Correspondent (BC) model of business.
