At Eccentric, privileged to co-build the virtual world with some of the best minds of our times. Since 2016, we have been engaged in the Virtualization of Automotive Retail. We have helped to lead Automotive Brands in the World to optimize the power of Virtual Interactions.

We're looking for an ambitious and driven designer to join our team at Eccentric Engine. You'll be responsible for designing visually appealing & immersive digital experiences for clients on multiple devices and interfaces.


Eccentric's Mission:

We are building a Showroom-like experience in a virtual world where a vehicle buyer

  • Can take a 3D walkthrough of all models/variants/trims on sale
  • Can customize the vehicle and see exactly how it looks like and how much it will cost
  • Can take a 'Virtual Consultation' with a sales agent in the virtual world (some like to call it Metaverse)

What you'll do:

Besides the regular responsibilities of a designer, you'll be expected to

  • Conduct frequent User Interviews to discover qualitative feedback & summarize findings for use by Product/Business/Engineering teams.
  • Build Motion Mockups & Functional Graphics with animations & interactivity to demonstrate creative concepts.
  • Work on Interaction Design (2D. Motion & 3D) ideas that can help our team produce novel immersive experiences.

What we seek:


  • 2+ years of UX/UI design experience with a diverse portfolio
  • Strong grasp of usercentered design (UCD), user research, testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility
  • Deep understanding of mobilefirst and responsive design approaches.
  • Efficiently iterate designs and disregard irrelevant information to identify visual differences.
  • Effective teamwork skills and ability to synthesize abstract ideas.
  • Understanding of web technologies and design output for developers.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to simplify problems and present opinions to peers.
  • Familiarity with research methodology and creating ideal user experiences.
