Job Purpose:

Sales Officer CLAP is a customer-facing professional whose primary responsibility is to source loan against property loans from Open Market through marketing activities, cold calls & references.

Also, they need to work closely with the branches and convert the branch leads for Consumer LAP business.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Marketing activities in open market on daily basis for leads generation.
  • Branch leads follow up and conversion.
  • Conversion of leads to logins.
  • Achieving assigned monthly productivity
  • Sourcing quality portfolio

Job Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Cold calls to be done in the catchment mapped to him / her and ensure the leads are generated for CLAP business.
  • Distribute C-LAP brochures in the catchment area to generate leads.
  • Conduct market visits and promote CLAP to prospective customers.
  • Explain the product details, features and benefits to the customers.
  • Understanding customers requirement for business loan and pitching the right product as per requirement
  • Logins to be done with complete set of documents as per the login checklist.
  • Maintain daily sales report.
  • Collect 2 references from every customer for C-LAP business.

Age, Educational & Experience Requirements:
Age 22 to 35 Yrs.


Educational Qualification:
Graduate


Relevant Experience Minimum 1 to 3 Years of LAP / sales experience.

CTC Range Upto 4.00 Lacs PA


Salary:
₹200, ₹400,000.00 per year
