Detailed Job's responsibilities:

Developing and implementing A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve website performance and conversion rates.
Collaborating with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and user experience across all channels.
Conducting competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
Conducting usability testing and user experience (UX) research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Utilizing tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, and user feedback to gain insights into user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
Working closely with copywriters and designers to create effective messaging and visuals for website pages and campaigns.
Developing and implementing personalization strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

Strong analytical skills:

should have a deep understanding of website analytics tools and be able to analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
