As the Marketing Executive, you will be
responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to our medical products and services.

Your deep knowledge of the medical field, coupled with your marketing expertise, will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and the specific needs of the medical industry
.

Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the medical field.


Meeting Sales Target:
Implement new strategies to meet the sales target. Keen observation on the growth and develop the plan of action accordingly.


Revenue Generation:
Revenue generation will be the key aspect.

Have to look after how to handle the team and have to look after the process of achieving the targets.


Regular Visit:
Have to visit all branches and required places as per the needs.


Doctor's Meet:

This event is the most important event of this organization, and you should have to look after that very precisely from doctor participation and the promotion of the event
.



Campaign Management:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to reach the target audience effectively.


Content Development:
Oversee the creation of content that educates, informs, and engages the medical community, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers.


Brand Management:
Ensure brand consistency and integrity in all marketing materials and activities.


Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.


Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.


Data Analysis:

Use data analytics and performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.


Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and regulatory affairs, to achieve common goals.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing,
    with a proven track record in the medical and have experience as a Medical Representative.
  • Indepth knowledge of medical products, healthcare systems, and regulatory requirements and
    laboratory experience is Must and veterinary field experience like dog food, animal medicine and drugs will be preferable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a resultsdriven mindset.
