Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze online reviews, comments, and feedback about our company and products/services.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve our online reputation and address any negative feedback.
Collaborate with the ORM team to identify potential risks and opportunities for enhancing our brand image.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in ORM to stay updated with the latest techniques.
Assist in creating and maintaining ORM reports, including tracking key metrics and presenting findings to the team.
Support the ORM team in managing social media accounts and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
Stay informed about emerging online platforms and technologies that could impact our online reputation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and online monitoring tools.
Detailoriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of ORM tools and insights is a plus.
