Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Assist in interview process and feedback
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Draft job descriptions and post openings
- Support recruitment events and marketing
- Analyze recruitment metrics and reports
- Collaborate on process improvements
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; ATS familiarity a plus
- Team player with willingness to learn
- Prior HR/recruitment experience preferred

₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
