Description
Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting WAN, LAN, VPN, Cisco Routers and Switches, Wireless Access Points, Firewalls, Checkpoint and Load Balancers.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networking systems.
- Deliver technical assistance to employees, resolving networking issues through troubleshooting.
- Conduct routine system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor all identified systems and services utilizing approved tools.
- Conduct maintenance of servers and network services.
- Manage and provide support on cloud platforms with AWS, Azure, or other public cloud providers.
- Participate in project planning meetings for IT projects.
- Research new technologies and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies.
- Provide oncall support as required to sustain 24/7/365 operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Requirements:
- 23 years' experience in network administration.
- Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 environment
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly selfmotivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
Desirable Requirements:
Cisco Certified
Salary:
₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
