  • Customer Engagement:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and assistance to customers in their purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
  • Sales Targets:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Actively upsell and crosssell to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry items.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the silver jewelry product line.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product features.
  • Communicate product knowledge to customers effectively.
  • Order Processing:
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Handle cash and card transactions following established procedures.
  • Visual Merchandising:
  • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and organized sales floor.
  • Participate in periodic inventory checks and restocking activities.
  • Ensure that merchandise is properly priced and labeled.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Floor Manager to resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Requirements:
  • No prior experience required; 0 to 1 year of experience in silver jewelry sales is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn about silver jewelry products and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced retail environment.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and a strong work ethic.
