Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver comprehensive physics lessons in alignment with the IIT-JEE curriculum and syllabus.
Teach and reinforce fundamental concepts in mechanics, electricity and magnetism, thermodynamics, optics, and modern physics.
Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technology tools to engage students and enhance learning outcomes.
Provide personalized support and guidance to students to help them develop problemsolving skills and critical thinking abilities.
Administer regular assessments, mock tests, and practice sessions to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze student performance data to track progress, adjust instruction, and provide targeted intervention as needed.
Foster a collaborative and supportive classroom environment that encourages inquiry, curiosity, and intellectual growth.
Establish open communication with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure ongoing support and collaboration.
Stay updated on changes and developments in the IIT-JEE examination pattern, question formats, and content specifications.
Participate in professional development activities, faculty meetings, and school events as required.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Physics or a related field from a recognized university.
Demonstrated expertise in teaching physics at the IIT-JEE level, with a proven track record of success.
Indepth knowledge of the IIT-JEE physics syllabus, examination pattern, and question formats.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel academically and pursue their goals.
Proficiency in using technology tools and resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and equity.
Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage instructional materials, assessments, and student records.
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school community beyond the classroom.

Pay:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
