Our business involves extensive purchase and sales transactions, and we need a professional who can efficiently manage these entries to ensure our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Accurately enter purchase and sales transactions into BUSY accounting software.
• Ensure all data is correctly entered and reconciled with supporting documents.
• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring they are complete and accurate.
• Generate reports as required, including sales, purchase, and inventory reports.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline data entry processes.
• Identify and rectify any discrepancies in data entries.
• Perform regular backups of financial data.

• Proven experience as a data entry specialist, specifically with BUSY accounting software.
• Strong understanding of purchase and sales entry processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
