Job Description for Office Administration Executive:
Roles and responsibilities

  • Active participation in all office administration activities.
  • Responsible for maintaining all admin records.
  • Coordinating with the internal office activities like supervising, housekeeping
operations and stationary for the office needs.

  • Should maintain the records of students and trainers
  • Coordinate with the students and trainers for the arrangement of classes
  • Should be active and attentive all the time and should have a look on classrooms
randomly for the classroom's cleanliness.

  • Should take care of day to day expenses of the office activities and maintaining
the record of student fees details.

  • Assisting the students with the admission procedure.
  • Should be responsible for handling the One branch of Naresh IT.
  • It is totally standing and observation Job.

Salary:
₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
