Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Maintain accurate records and assist in the preparation of reports.


Telecalling:
Engage with clients and customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner.

Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and address concerns.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and resolve any issues.


Scheduling and Coordination:
Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with both internal teams and external clients.

Assist in planning and organizing company events, both virtual and in-person.


Office Operations:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure the overall tidiness of the office space.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.


Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Input and maintain accurate data in various systems.

Organize and maintain filing systems.


Telecalling Metrics:
Keep track of telecalling metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

Provide regular reports on telecalling activities and outcomes.


Problem Solving:
Address and resolve administrative and customer-related issues promptly.

Propose and implement process improvements for both administrative and telecalling functions.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an office administrator, telecaller, or a combination of both roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a customercentric approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using telecommunication systems.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or telecalling are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative and telecalling role is preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
