Responsibilities and Duties FOR Dispatch Manager

Timely Dispatch of Goods to Customers:

Marinating Warehouse as per Audit requirement:

Accurate Stock Count:

Accurate Dispatches:

Maintaining & Sharing accurate MIS Reports:

Overall warehouse operation, transporting arrangement at reasonable cost ensuring on time deliveries

Adopting FIFO method for material, ascertaining stocks physical as well on paper/ CRM/ Tally, Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
:

Planning for Dispatched the Material as per Schedule and prepare supporting Documents like Delivery note, Annexure Copy, Air Waybill etc

Implement Perpetual Stock system for smooth function of inventory

Arrangement of Transporter and cost saving of management Work with management to Identify supply needs

Negotiate With Transporters:

-
Required Experience:

-
Qualifications Any graduate with min. 2 -3 yrs experience in dispatch Understands the principles of manufacturing. Good supervisory & planning, & training skills

Salary:

₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
- old dhamtari, Raipur , Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
