Novnetiq is looking for a communications assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Communications Manager.

You will be in the team of Centre of Excellence (CoE) operating globally and will be responsible to implement the strategies of the Internal Communications, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing and internal and external events.

You will also be also assisting in the communication campaigns coverage with assistance to internal/external events.

To be successful as a communications assistant, you should be an excellent multi-tasker with outstanding attention to detail. Ultimately, a top-notch communications assistant should be able to organise, assist and execute communications strategies aligned with the Communications Manager and CoE (centre of excellence)


Ultimately, your goal will be to help ensure that all communication strategies are implemented with a right message across all channels.


Responsibilities

  • Helping implement communications projects and strategies effectively.
  • Providing administrative support to programs and internal teams.
  • Assist in maintaining and executing employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Update databases, distribution lists and contacts
  • Track projects and deadlines
  • Facilitate effective internal communications reach across channels and countries
  • Maintain calendars and appointments
  • Collate presentations and reports and databases
  • Organizing internal events.
  • Assisting the communications manager with the management of the company's external image.
  • Maintaining calendars and appointments.

Qualification Skills

  • Previous work experience as a Communications Assistant, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of internal and HR Communication and digital media strategies.
  • Conversant with MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, InDesign) and content management systems is a plus.
  • Proven proficiency in using various social media platforms or a strong desire to learn.
  • Proven skills in internal and external communications, web content management, social media is a plus.
  • Strong editing and researching skills.
  • Outstanding communication (oral and written) skills.
  • Strong organization skills and detailoriented.
  • Experience with global organisations' is a plus.
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
The role, responsibilities and geographical focus will change and develop over time along with the company's rapid growth.
