Job description:

Are you interested in working within the core of Lifting Businesses and Digitalization? Konecranes' vision is to know in real time how millions of lifting devices and machine tools perform and to use this knowledge around the clock to make our customers' operations safer and more productive.

Konecranes IT's role is to connect the data from cranes, Lift Trucks, hoists and business processes.

We develop and operate services that make that data available to customers, service technicians and use analytics to identify new business opportunities.

We are looking for SAP PP/QM Trainee with relevant experience of 0-1 year or is SAP Certified, preferably with a bachelor's or master's degree from engineering / manufacturing background.

Your responsibilities are
Handling tickets (INC/SR/PRB) as per guidelines.

Must gain the knowledge about SAP PP/QM/VC modules.

Must provide necessary support to colleagues during support situations.

Must review all internal process documents.

Must adhere to defined company policies, values and code of conduct.

Must follow way of working that complies with Audit requirements.

Must work in various shifts for timely support to customers whenever needed.

Good to build effective communication and rapport with all stakeholders.

Good to contribute in continuous improvement ideas for improving efficiency of team.

Good to take initiatives in learning opportunities along with SAP Skills as well as in other extracurricular activities.

What we expect from you

Must have at least basic SAP PP/QM/VC knowledge.
Good to have working experience on SAP system as End User / Key User.
Good to have certification in SAP.
Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 Standards.

General skills / requirements

Should have good communication and presentation skills.
Should have excellent interpersonnel skills.
Should have ability to work independently and in team environment as per situation.
Should have customer service mindset to ensure SAP enduser satisfaction.
Nice to have experience in interacting with global stakeholders.
