Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to students on academic, personal, social, and careerrelated issues, using evidencebased counseling techniques and interventions.
Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students' strengths, needs, and areas for growth, and develop personalized intervention plans and strategies.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school personnel to support students' academic achievement and socialemotional development.
Serve as a resource and advocate for students, families, and staff members, connecting them with appropriate school and community resources and support services.
Facilitate classroom presentations, workshops, and programs on topics such as bullying prevention, conflict resolution, study skills, career exploration, and mental health awareness.
Conduct crisis intervention and provide immediate support to students in crisis or distress, coordinating with appropriate school personnel and external agencies as needed.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, assessments, and referrals, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and student support teams to collaborate on student interventions and provide input on schoolwide initiatives.
Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance counseling skills, stay current with best practices, and meet licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in School Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or related field. Licensed or certified school counselor preferred.
Previous experience working as a school counselor or counselor in an educational setting is preferred.
Knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices for working with children and adolescents.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with students and families.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
Knowledge of child and adolescent development, mental health issues, and crisis intervention strategies.
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing school counseling practice.
Proficiency in using technology tools and resources for counseling, data management, and communication.

Pay:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
