Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer calls/chats.
- Acknowledging/resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with the team and concerned departments as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree
- Fluent in both English and Hindi, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Experience in customer service will be an added advantage.
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to adapt to different personalities.
Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 K, based on your experience and skill
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
