Project Coordinator (Sanand, Ahmedabad)

CTC:
25k-30k pm

Experience: 2-3 yrs

Contract Period: 12 months

Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute, and oversee community development projects in alignment with the organization's mission.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with local communities and key stakeholders.
  • Efficient planning and execution of activities require traveling and coordinating within designated clusters.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Social Sector, Rural Development, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problemsolving skills to address projectrelated challenges.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or similar roles.

Requirements:


  • Laptop required for project management and reporting tasks.
  • Prior experience working with NGOs or community development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with local community dynamics and needs.
  • Experience in partnership building and stakeholder engagement.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
