Job Summary

Plant Head and HO

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance Program & Schedule
To organize maintenance teams with requisite skills for breakdown maintenance & preventive maintenance
To ensure uptime of plant and machinery and uninterrupted availability of
Spices production capacities, plan and execute Preventive Maintenance Program & Schedule for overall equipment efficiency
To ensure utilities like Condensers & Grinding, efficiencies and the equipment's are maintained regularly
To ensure appropriate engineering solutions are designed and implemented to prevent accidents
Participate in Projects and perform other duties as required
Manage budget and capital expenditures

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's
degree Mechanical or B.Tech Qualification or Equivalent of a Professional Institute.
26 Years to handson experience in data analysis the Manufacturing, Production.

Competencies

Data Tracking & Troubleshooting skills
Indepth knowledge in Cost control
Data Analysis, Finding Output and Implementation in
Spices Industry.

In mid-sized or small companies, a maintenance supervisor may oversee, develop, and manage one or more technician to accomplish the spice plant maintenance work.

In this role, being able to discipline, encourage, hire, and organize people is as important as having the technical skills and experience.
