Here's what we're looking for in a Social Media Executive

Hands on knowledge about social media marketing
Experience in working in a digital marketing agency
Very good communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities:

Develop engaging social media strategies.
Manage social media platforms of the organization and our clients.
Researching appropriate hashtags and accounts to tag and optimize each content piece effectively.
Scheduling social media posts at the optimal time of day.
Engaging followers with regular company/client updates.
Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
Responding to the comments on social media on time.
Monitoring social media metrics and ROI.
Analyzing social media trends.
Find Social media influencers and engage with them to find collaborations.
Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.
Coordinating with Graphic Designer and other team members.
Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.
Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.
Exploring the potential value of social media sites and strategies that are not yet in our repertoire.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Prover work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist, Social Media Executive, or a similar position for atleast 2 years.
Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI's.
Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and others.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
Indepth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A keen eye for details.
