Summary:


The Room Service Order Taker is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by taking accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving any guest concerns.

They must have a thorough understanding of the hotel's menu, policies, and procedures.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Promptly and accurately answer all room service calls.

Take detailed guest orders, including food items, beverages, special requests, and delivery instructions.

Verify guest information, including room number, name, and contact number.

Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accurate order entry.

Communicate order details to the kitchen and bar staff for timely preparation.

Ensure orders are assembled correctly and delivered promptly to guests' rooms.

Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and courteously.

Address any issues or discrepancies with orders promptly and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety, sanitation, and guest service standards


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹13,000.00 per month
