- Electrical/Electro-mechanical parts obsolescence and part lifecycle management
- • Work on electronics components obsolescence to qualify form, fit and functional replacements and
- release in system along with the documentation.
- • End to end ownership: Work collaboratively with the cross-functional team comprising mechanical,
- software, system, and process engineering (in different geographies) to develop and qualify
- engineering solutions.
- • Participate in design reviews to present the design throughout the different phases of design and
- development.
- • Perform FMEA and provide mitigation strategies to eliminate risks.
- Required Qualifications:
- • M.Tech in Electrical/Electronic with experience of 0-1 years OR B. Tech in Electrical/Electronic with
- experience 1-2yr
- • Must be comfortable working with US-based timings.
- Mandatory Skills:
- • Understanding of various electronic components & equipments
- • Able to understand and work on schematics/system interconnects.
- • Able to select and recommend components depending upon application and circuit requirements.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- • Critical/ system level thinking.
- • Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good to have:
- • Understanding on electronic component obsolescence & component validation/qualification
- • Understanding on part lifecycle management, change orders/engineering change requests using any
- PLM system.
- • Familiar with communication/IP protocols, bus architecture, and I/O interface.
- • Hands on experience of AUTOCAD/Zuken/PCAD software.
- • Hands on experience of testing electronics component- bench level test and system level test.

Roles & responsibilities:
Orbit & Skyline is looking forward to onboarding a highly skilled "Electronics Engineer" with an understanding
of various electronic components & equipments and able to understand and work on schematics/system
interconnects. The candidate will be part of a team assisting in the delivery of efficient engineering support
and solutions to customers while also contributing to the development of Indian semiconductor ecosystem.
