Job Description:

  • CCE is responsible for responding to seller queries and issues.
  • CCE will be responsible for proper guidance to the sellers regarding to the queries they mentioned.
  • CCE is responsible for taking seller calls.
  • CCE is responsible for making outbound calls in case of followups and guidance with sellers and logistics.
