Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to understand client query
- Smart and should be coherent and able to explain things in an orderly manner
- Good in MS Office
