Responsibilities:
Fixed Income Cash Trades

Effectively partner with the onshore Debt Capital Markets ( DCM ) Team for timely delivery of Monthly Secondary Turnover Reports. Team should ensure JPM trading numbers are reported to Issuers correctly.
Manage REG W processes, effectively manage controls and track closure of exception items.
Effectively Partner with Central REG W, CIB REG W, Business Control and management teams to ensure REG W Transaction forms are updated with correct information in Central management portals.
Ensure Process Documentation and Exception Evidencing is updated for all processes, and Audit is informed of any process changes.
Cater to any new Regulatory or Secondary turnover requests based on the Bespoke excel or XML templates given by the Clients. Ensure compliance is informed and reporting standards are followed
Have a Product and process understanding to Manage Audit and Adhoc process requests.
Ensure review of the process metrics and SLA's
Review work allocation strategies to ensure limited capacity times are effectively and proactively addressed
Ensure all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed off on a timely basis
Ensure strong product knowledge with strong communication to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of queries for the team.
Participate and contribute to the various strategic initiatives; keep improving and evolving processes and business architecture
Build an indepth understanding of all trading structures from both a financial and operational perspective

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

3+ years of Strong product knowledge of
Fixed Income Cash Trades:

Must have Advance Excel knowledge to develop and manage Turnover reports:

Strong multi-tasking skills in a high pressure environment with Sales, Traders and Report Delivery timelines
Knowledge of the front to back Operations process (including the key elements such as confirmations, settlements, and regulatory reporting) and facilitate issue resolution across teams
Must have a strong drive for results despite challenging stakeholders (locally & globally)
Clear communication skills and an ability to use these to work collaboratively, explain, and challenge, as appropriate
Strong background of working on Regulatory environment with exposure to Regulatory Reports of the region
Attention to details and sense of ownership
Strong problem solving, control, and project management skills
Strong technical skills (macros/ alteryx, etc) would be an added advantage
