We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Counsel III to join our Insight team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra - Hybrid.

Key responsibilities include:
Role responsibilities

Onboarding new law firms in accordance with the vendor management process, including the following:
Completing vendor management onboarding forms with all required information
Liaising with Insight vendor management and BNYM vendor management teams throughout the onboarding process
Communicating with law firms to obtain due diligence information (where required) and engagement letters/terms of business
Working with relevant legal team members to complete law firm onboarding
Submitting risk acceptances on behalf of relevant legal team member
Monitoring of existing law firms used by legal team, including the following:
Reviewing accepted law firm status and requesting updated annual due diligence or risk acceptance, if applicable
Submitting performance score cards
Providing daytoday support to vendor management lawyer, including assisting with the completion of Vendor Contract Review Checklists for new vendors; supporting the importing of Due Diligence responses into the vendor contract management processes; supporting the periodic review of riskaccepted contractual/Due Diligence gaps.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Must have 2-4 years of experience in vendor management
Must be a graduate in Law.
