Key Responsibilities and Duties

Develops the design of usability testing programs, cases, scenarios and processes to ensure that all functions are thoroughly tested.
Recommends and implements fixes for critical points of failure while monitoring, tracking and reporting ongoing IT quality levels.
Implements testing tools and processes for use in projects, and directs the selection of testing tools and approaches.
Identifies target goals for IT quality improvement and optimal approaches for resolving IT quality issues to achieve targets
Engages with business leadership to quantify and articulate the business impact of IT quality issues.
Presents metrics to demonstrate the impact implemented IT changes have made to the organization.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Required

Work Experience

3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
