Role:
US Tax Staff

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

Participation in client engagements from beginning to completion
including planning, executing,

and completing tax projects

Preparation of returns for partnership, C Corporation, and S Corporation clients
Development of clientfocused tax planning and transaction structuring concepts. Proactively

interact with the client to gather information

Optional participation in internal learning and development committees and other firm leadership

objectives

The qualifications.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
1+ years recent experience in public accounting
CA, CPA, or EA will be preferred
Strong technical skills specifically with public accounting with a focus in taxes for real estate

companies, private equity companies, partnerships, and/or LLCs
