B. Com Graduate

Skillset required:
good communication skills, presentable and should know about corporate etiquettes

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Should be able to handle all the work at the front desk individually.
  • Should know to manage travel arrangements & bookings.
  • Responsible for providing inter departmental co-ordination within the company.
  • Should address all the queries raised by employees and guests after inquiring from the required department.
  • Should handle guest arrivals and necessary arrangements.
  • Should look after meeting rooms and other admin related tasks upon guest arrival.
  • Should co-ordinate with the concerned person upon guest arrival updates.
  • Should assist the HR department during the interview process.
  • Should be in the capacity of multi-tasking as and when required.
