Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition:

Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership (CXO) to understand their talent needs, organizational goals, and hiring priorities.
Provide insightful feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to support informed decisionmaking.

Relationship Management:

Process Improvement and Innovation:
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in executive recruitment.
Identify opportunities for innovation and implement creative solutions to address talent acquisition challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience of 10 ~ 12 years as an executive recruiter or leadership hiring specialist, preferably in a corporate set up or executive search firm.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
