Purpose of the position:
UCAM is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will work closely with all the Sales Engineers.
Reporting of Sales Activities & to provide updates of the sales funnel regularly - Make presentations, attend techno-commercial discussions & negotiations.
Essential Tasks
- On time collection of payments, C forms
- Oder processing and documentation
- Contract review
- Knowledge of LC, Bank Guarantee
- Import/ Export/ Handling
- Process Documentation
- Data Preparation
- Report Generation
- Respond to any inquiries from the customers
- Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers.
- Produces reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department
Skills Required:
- Coordination with internal and external sales team
- MIS reports
- Ability to learn and excel
- Plan & executing Sale s coordination
- Excellent oral & written communication skill
- Handling customers complaints
- Microsoft office skills and Google Workspace
- Presentation skills
- Good aptitude & ability to learn quickly
- CRM Skills
- SAP C4C
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year
