SUMMARY:
As a Telecaller at Growth System, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts.

Your primary responsibility will be to make calls, connect with potential clients, promote our products/services, answer inquiries, address concerns, and support clients in their immigration journey.

Your role will be to engage with clients over the phone and provide them with guidance and counselling regarding work permits.

Freshers are also welcome.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stay Informed:

Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.

Service Knowledge:
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of products or services offered by the company

Lead Generation:

Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads for the sales team.

Follow Scripts:

Adhere to scripts or guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency in communication.

Outbound Calls:

Initiate outbound calls to customers or leads from provided lists or databases.

Customer Engagement:
Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions

Answer Inquiries:

Respond to customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns or issues

Maintain Records:

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes, feedback, and sales progress. Record and maintain call logs and customer information in the CRM System.

Customer Feedback:

Gather feedback from customers and convey it to the relevant departments for improvement.

Performance Review:

Collaborate with team members and share insights, best practices for improving sales performance.

Qualifications we seek in you

  • Minimum Qualification : Graduate, Undergraduate from any basic degree.
  • Minimum 01 year of experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self motivated, organized and able to work independently.
  • Verbal communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence.
  • Persuasive and convincing communication abilities.
  • Goaloriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
