Description
C onduct and coordinate all track work as per the set-up Programme of the project.- Assign daily tasks to the Subcontractor work men and improve the productivity.
- Coordinate with MMRC/GC representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
- Submit daily progress reports, request for inspections, installation, T &C records, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports as required by the project to the Project Manager.
- Providing technical support to all track related activities upto Final Parameter at site.
- Draw the required resources as per the approved monthly/ weekly plans.
- Should have hands on experience in construction/exceution of Balllasted Track
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
- Reviewing the project indepth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulation.
