Responsibilities:

-
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks to enhance their efficiency and productivity.

Manage and respond to customer inquiries, providing information and support as needed.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers.

Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and address their queries.

Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant documentation.

Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales metrics, ensuring data integrity.

Event Coordination:Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, conferences, and trade shows.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for sales team members attending events.

Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.

Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations as needed.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactive problemsolving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role.

Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
