Role Description
We are looking for an International Customer Support representative to join our team in Noida. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients. You will be working full-time and on-site in Noida.


Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in an international setting
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
  • Ability to problemsolve and think creatively to resolve customer issues
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with transportation and logistics is a plus

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
