Your role will require you to utilize your experience in and knowledge of UK Insurance._
Responsibilities_

- _Ensuring policies issued within required period_
- _Set up/maintain electronic filing system records as requested_
- _Checking Cliqview for payments and accounts issues_
- _Use of invoice tracking on clients & updating insurance registers_
- _Checking sanctions filed, renewal reports etc in a timely manner_
- _Permanent night shift (7 PM to 4 AM IST)_
- _No fixed Saturday / Sunday offs5 day working culture with weekend working_
- _Proficient in English language - both written and verbal_
- _Comprehension, decision making, multi-tasking, strong written communication and customer service skill/attitude to clearly articulate the resolution_
- _Responsible to handle varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis_
- _Advanced Excel Skills (should know how to work on Pivots etc.)_

Qualifications we seek in you_
Minimum Qualifications_

- _Graduate (except technical)_
- _Proficient in English language
- both written and oral_

Preferred Qualifications_

- _UK Insurance experience preferred_
