Responsibilities & Experience required a_

- _As a Operation lead, you will be responsible for Account Payables operations team, Work on Multiple ERP, Systems and Manual Intensive nature of Work Prior experience in Oracle is preferred_
- _Accountable for Accounts Payable process which involves activities like: Invoice processing, Vendor Master, P-Card and Payment process_
- _Set up and monitor vendor master file, Payments, T&E Processing and Audits, External Regulatory reporting (Eg 1099, DADS2 etc.), Helpdesk, Statement Auditing, Escheatment Function and month end close activity_
- _Responsible for completing all activities within agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per agreed KPIs / SLAs targets as applicable._
- _Experienced and top-tier Leader with good communication/people leadership skills along with good partner management experience._
- _Experience in managing a team of members_
- _Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting

Statutory and Regulatory_

- _Mentoring team members, process associates and carries out operational improvement initiatives in the investment accounting area_
- _All results to be met at 100% SLA (both quality and timeliness)

SLA Governance_

- _Ensure 100% compliance_

Minimum qualifications_

- _B.Com Graduations (MBA

Finance preferred)_
Preferred prerequisite_

- _Proven experience in Accounts Payable domain_
- _Very good written and verbal communication skills_
- _Good Excel & Power point skills_
