Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Marketing Team:
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand ongoing campaigns, target audience profiles, and marketing strategies. Align your sales efforts with the marketing initiatives to maximize lead generation and conversion opportunities.
Lead Conversion and Relationship Building:
Proactively engage with leads provided by the company through various marketing channels. Build relationships, understand their requirements, and guide them through the sales process to convert leads into successful property transactions.
Property Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential property owners to expand the preleased property portfolio. Conduct market research, identify target properties, and negotiate terms with property owners. Actively pursue new property listings to meet sales targets.
Property Presentations and Sales Pitch:
Prepare compelling property presentations and sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of preleased properties. Showcase the benefits, rental income potential, and investment advantages to potential buyers, investors, and property owners.
Deal Closure:
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure. Conduct property viewings, address customer queries, negotiate terms, and prepare necessary documentation for property transactions. Ensure smooth handover of properties to buyers or investors.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the real estate industry.
Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies and enhance the company's market position.
Requirements:
Proven Sales Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry or property sales. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to confidently present and articulate property features and investment benefits to potential clients.
Relationship Building:
A knack for building and nurturing relationships with clients. Strong networking and negotiation skills to establish rapport with property owners, buyers, and investors.
Target-Driven:
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets within specified deadlines.
Real Estate Knowledge:
Familiarity with the real estate industry, property market dynamics, and rental income potential. Understanding of preleased properties and their advantages would be an added advantage.
Salary:
₹15, ₹45,000.00 per month
