POSITION PURPOSE:


Primary responsibilities of this role includes:

  • Provide Support to the Chief of Staff for PB and EE Operations:
  • Supporting:
  • Global Prime Services business lines
  • Global Prime Brokerage and EE Operations
  • Involvement with non PB&EE Ops teams who support the Prime Services business.
    Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and produce inputs into various regular and adhoc executive and operating committees in support of the Prime services Operations functions
  • Analysis and Data gathering:
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise independently
  • Support changes and enhancements with required outputs
  • Organisational Support:
  • Prepare meeting notes and ensure distribution to relevant and identified stakeholders
  • Ability to engage staff and managers globally
  • Assist in driving the people agenda
  • Global communication strategy for PB and EE:


  • Global Townhalls

  • Regional connects
  • SLA Management
  • Ensure SLAs are current, complete and that appropriate service review meetings are in place
  • Work with the Chief of Staff to assist in the review of:
  • The effectiveness of the organisation and support changes where necessary
  • Cost Management
  • Support the budget process for PB and EE Operations.
  • Contribute to the overall successful running of PB and EE operations globally
  • By maintaining close relationships with Chief of Staff, escalating promptly where required
  • By maintaining good working relationships with product management
  • By communicating with other operational departments where needed
  • Building effective relationships across the organisation

  • Excellent MS Suite skills
  • Flexibility on working methods and changing international environment
  • Rigorous and reactive in order to face pressure and reach excellence anytime

  • Knowledge of financial markets and products, and easiness/expertise in dealing with Excel and PowerPoint
  • English speaker

Experience Required
Minimum of 10 years' experience


Preferred:

Knowledge of the Operations aspect of Prime Services.

Knowledge of the Prime Services businesses
