STHAVEER BUSINESS SOLUTION PVT LTD, A leading Digital Marketing Agency Headquartered in India, is seeking an Office Girl to join our team.
The Office Girl will be responsible for providing support in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
Responsibilities:
- The Office Girl will welcome visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, transferring them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office space, including tidying up common areas and conference rooms.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Help in scheduling appointments and meetings, as well as preparing meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by office management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are necessary.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), are required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities is expected.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
