Description

Operational support to the Training team : Learning & Development

Conduct thorough analysis to identify skill gaps and training needs with business leaders at Airbus.

End to end support in training/Program Delivery. This includes identifying the training materials,

placing order through an internal forum, providing the necessary materials to the trainers before

the training begins.

Ensuring the training data is accurate and relevant on a real time basis.
Maintaining trackers and attendance of the participants and collection of Training feedback in

regular intervals.

Implement robust feedback mechanisms to gather insights from participants and, using data to

continuously enhance the quality and relevance of learning initiatives.
