Responsibilities:
  • CRM

Solution Design:

Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements and design CRM solutions that align with business goals.

Create technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and documentation for the CRM implementation.

  • Technical Leadership: Lead a team of CRM developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices for CRM development.

Development: Design and develop customizations, plugins, workflows, and other extensions to enhance the functionality and capabilities of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the CRM system to ensure responsiveness and scalability. Implement performance tuning and code optimization techniques.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of the CRM system, including data privacy, access control, and user authentication mechanisms.
  • Data Management: Design and implement data migration strategies to ensure the smooth transition of data from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Maintain data integrity and implement data governance practices.

Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of CRM solutions. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay uptodate with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and industry trends. Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.

Project Management:
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of CRM projects.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) platform and related technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Common Data Service).
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of CRM developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Indepth knowledge of CRM customization, configuration, and integration using tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and C#.
  • Solid understanding of CRM architecture, security models, and best practices for CRM development.
  • Proven experience in CRM data migration, data integration, and data management strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM development methodologies, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non effectivelytechnical stakeholders.
