  • Experience in Driving
  • Coordinating with FLM Team
  • Pulling call log data from central portal, close coordinate with ground staff to assigned calls(Bottom Hatch/Top Hatch).
  • Coordination with assigned Engineers & CRA for SLM(Second Line management) Calls.
  • Preperation & Maintain Call Log MIS & Share to Central Team & local team.
