Client Relationship Executive


Location:
Basavanagudi, Bangalore (WFO)

Experience: 0-2 years


Qualification:
Any Graduate


Languages:
English & Kannada Mandatory (Multilanguage will be added advantage)

Responsibilities:


  • Provide career and college entrance information and assistance to students, parents and coordinate daytoday operations.
  • Helping Clients' creating action plan for entrance exam and related college counselling process
  • Preparing, organizing and maintaining clients' report and statistical summaries.
  • Coordinate and organize the activities of after sales to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain contact with clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality
  • Assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services.
  • Oversee all postsales services provided to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an uptodate knowledge of job operations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ready to take up challenges on immediate effect and good dedication towards given task.

Requirements:


  • Any Graduate.
  • 02 Years of experience.
  • Outstanding Interpersonal, Assessment and Communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent Presentation skills.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Fast learner and Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Strategic Leadership Ability.
  • Handson experience with CRM software is a plus.
