Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated E Rickshaw Sales Coordinator (Female) to join our sales team at GK Rickshaw Ltd.

The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by providing essential support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a female professional looking to excel in a growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Provide product information and pricing to potential customers.
Schedule and coordinate sales appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Prepare sales quotes and proposals as required.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
Follow up with leads and potential customers to nurture relationships.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Assist in the organization of sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Collect and report market feedback and competitor information.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Detailoriented with a strong customer focus.
Familiarity with electric vehicles or the automotive industry is a plus.
A positive attitude and a passion for sustainable transportation solutions.

Pay:
