Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated E Rickshaw Sales Coordinator (Female) to join our sales team at GK Rickshaw Ltd.

The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by providing essential support to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a female professional looking to excel in a growing industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Provide product information and pricing to potential customers.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales appointments and meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Prepare sales quotes and proposals as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
  • Follow up with leads and potential customers to nurture relationships.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Assist in the organization of sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Collect and report market feedback and competitor information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Detailoriented with a strong customer focus.
  • Familiarity with electric vehicles or the automotive industry is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for sustainable transportation solutions.

Pay:
₹8, ₹11,000.00 per month
