Role :
Insurance Trainer/Consultant


Responsibilities:

- understand CRED context and goals with the Insurance business
- lead efforts on creating a training program for the concierge/support team responsible for handling all customer queries on the following
- understanding their current insurance policy, helping evaluate factors on how to buy the right policy, and recommending the right policy based on personal preferences/needs
- training the first set of concierge/support team executives and equipping them with necessary knowhow and tools to address customer queries
- support the team in handling complex customer queries and provide resolution based on pre-defined answers or judgement
- liaison with product and business team to solve for repeat customer queries and problems via product and partnerships
- help the operations team to design, track and improve ops metrics


Eligibility:
- minimum 5-6 years experience in designing and delivering training program for support and sales teams in insurance organisations
- interest in automobiles and insurance domain with a knack for tracking trends/developments in the domain
- great communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- high emotional quotient and empathy towards all stakeholders
- customer obsession to always think from a customer perspective
- ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner


Job Type:
Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
₹1,000.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
