Job Role:
Optical Fiber Trainer

Salary Budget: 20 k - 30 k

Education:
B.Tech (Electronics & Telecommunication) Freshers can Apply, Diploma (3 Years), ITI or other Graduation

Job Location :
Alephata, Jalgaon, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Narayangaon, Vikhroli, Mumbra, Nashik, Latur

JD:

Train Students on - Splicing Machine

Installation & commissioning of optical fiber cable
Laying ,Jointing ,Blowing & Testing effectiveness of cable joint.
Other Specifications: To develop a competency and skill sets in all students to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace. The trainer should communicate to the Students about training objective.
Review training content & timely upgrade
Motivated the students for placement
Conduct various activity during training to maintain students interested Monitor class attendance
Knowledge of various tools pertaining to respective job roles
Carryout the internal assessments
Ensure soft skill training such as Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skill, Behavioral skills
Ensure proper MIS reports to H.O.D.
Knowledge about Basic Computers, Students Monitor, Training Deliver, Platform Skills, Open to learn, Passionate about youth development
