We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Female Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in the cosmetics industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.


As a Female Telesales Executive, you will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

You will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business leads, as well as nurturing existing client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business leads
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive upselling and crossselling opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a telesales executive or similar sales role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone
  • Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of the cosmetics industry and related products is a plus
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing is a plus
